How to order - it is really simple!
You send us the material to be translated on e-mail, by fax, by post, by courier, etc., and inform us when you need the translation to be done. We offer a price, a deadline, and if you accept it, we will send you the ready translation.
The invoice has to be paid afterwards, we send the invoice by post, and you have to pay it via money transfer on the payment term provided.
Calculation of a deadline in case of a Hungarian-English translation
In case of an English- Hungarian or Hungarian-English translation is ordered, our translator starts work within 3 working days from the arrival of the order. 10 thousand characters (approximately 8-10 printed pages) are considered a maximum normal daily amount to translate.
Any amount higher than this or starting the work earlier than 3 days is considered an urgent job.
In case of an immediate order, our translators start work as soon as the order is confirmed.
Hungarian-English-Hungarian translation, character calculation
We always count the characters of the translated document in the target language.
We have to emphasise that in spite of many agencies, we do not count spaces as characters therefore we do not charge them. In case of an English-Hungarian translation the number of characters in the target language is higher, while in the case of a Hungarian-English translation the number of characters in the target language is less than the original.
Urgent translation surcharge: 50% of the normal price.
Express (immediate) translation is subject to 100% surcharge.
Proofreading and translation of special texts is subject to 50% surcharge of the original price.
Proofreading Hungarian-English-Hungarian translations
Raw translations are accurate in terms of language, and are able to express the content of the source language in a manner which can be understood by an expert in the field.
The professionally proofread text in addition is able to convey the message of the text by using the special jargon used in the field, appropriately.
The language proofreading of a text translated into the target language checks the document for grammar, style and wording, without taking professional aspects into consideration.
